Helles
Locally sourced barley malt develops a beautifully bright golden color, while German Saphir hops lend this Helles its distinctive aroma and refined flavor. A delight in every way. 4.8% ABV
Dunkles
Caramel and roasted aromas from local malt shine in both color and bouquet. Traditional hop varieties such as Hersbrucker from the Hallertau region give this dark beer a floral note and a pleasantly mild bitterness on the finish. This beer pairs perfectly with the colder season and hearty meat dishes. 4.8% ABV
Dinkel (Spelt Beer)
A beer brewed in the spirit of Hildegard of Bingen’s time: dark, top-fermented, and crafted with her favored grain—spelt, an ancient variety of wheat. Our Dinkel displays the typical wheat beer aromatics with notes of banana, clove, and delicate caramel tones from the malt. 5.2% ABV
Null Komma Nix (Zero Point Zero) - our non-alcoholic Pilsner

Wilde Biene (Craft Beer Shandy)
Refined with the purest regional blossom honey, Wilde Biene surprises with a light, delicate sweetness that gently underscores the malt body.
